The Ministry of Finance has launched the second phase of the enhanced e-Government Procurement (e-GP 2.0) system across 100 public entities, with Acting Accountant General Godfrey Ssemugooma calling on Accounting Officers to lead the digital transformation aimed at improving transparency, accountability and value for public money.
